Flipmu video from the LA Monomeet

Our friend took some short video clips of us playing at the Monomeet at the downtown Independent this week. We got a chance to use the finished Chronomes as well as our new version of Nomestate. Was a great event, and cool to see so many other Monomers play a set. Thanks to everyone who [...]

Radio Interview With Radio NZ

Radio NZ invited me to come and talk with them about algorithmic processes in composition, and how contemporary work is looking into machine musicianship and autonomous agents. Had chance to share some music from Xenakis, Autechre, and our friend’s project “Difficult Media” (Jim Murphy, and Carl Burgin) Listen here

Peter Kirn has written a round up of the current offerings of RGB grid controllers, including a number of open-source DIY projects. Nice mention of the Chronome, as well the Octinct and several others. Looking forward to the first group buy of  Chronome boards in September.
